FAIR (Fundamentals of Alcohol Intoxication Recognition) Training - Spring 2019
We partner with the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Department for a special education forum entitled FAIR Training (Fundamentals of Alcohol Intoxication Recognition) which is hosted each spring, typically in May. The forum is open to the public and taught by Schuyler County Sheriff Bill Yessman and Undersheriff Breck Spaulding. The training features a power point presentation, lecture, and question and answer period. A guide book will be provided by EC Cooper Insurance. The forum will provide training to those businesses in the community that serve alcohol. Most insurance companies require a seminar of this caliber. A certificate will be provided to participants upon successful completion of this presentation. Details will be announced in the early spring of 2019 for the next event. Details about potential 2020 FAIR Training will be released later.
Leadership Schuyler is an intensive leadership development course. Participants take courses on varying topics taught by leaders in their fields from throughout the region. The goal is to build leadership qualities and characteristics in tomorrow's leaders. Details for 2020 should be posted later this year. In the meantime, you can call Chamber President and CEO Rebekah Carroll for additional information: 607-535-4300.
