When you come to Watkins Glen and walk towards the lake, there is one thing you can not miss. It's not the wooden walkway or the stony breakwater. It is the gorgeous and iconic red pier house. Not only is Watkins Glen known for racing, the waterfalls at the State Park and the many wineries, it is known by this pier house.  This structure is a visual recognition in any photograph that anyone that has ever visited the area will know. So when you are visiting, join the many visitors that will forever recognize this icon!
