Thousands of people visit Watkins Glen every year …. to see some of NASCAR’s biggest stars.  On any given weekend during the season, you are bound to be astounded by all of the cars in town or on the track – from sports, to NASCAR, to historic, to your own sweet ride! Starting over 60 years ago with the American Road Race, a rich racing heritage that began on the streets of downtown Watkins Glen, this town is now home to Watkins Glen International, hosting NASCAR, and sports club car races- alike! When NASCAR isn’t racing the track, famous car clubs are; with Porsche, Ferrari, Corvette clubs and others taking on the historic road course! Do you want to experience a taste of what the track is all about – drive your own car around the track for a “Thunder Road Tour”.
