Schuyler County Partnership for Economic Development (SCOPED) assists in identifying the financial and professional resources needed for business creation and expansion in the upstate New York region.

They work to deliver innovative and comprehensive economic development packages that help businesses compete in local, regional, national or international marketplaces.

SCOPED also seeks to position the Schuyler County community for the well-being of its current and future residents.  They are dedicated to maintaining a balance between the County's economic needs and preservation of its beauty, unique character and abundant natural resources.
